Frequently asked questions
Do you charge for a quote?
No. We come out, look at the roof properly and give you a written price, and there is no charge for that. If a job needs a scaffold just to inspect it, we will tell you before we arrange anything.
Which areas do you cover?
The whole of Norfolk, from King's Lynn across to Great Yarmouth and from the north Norfolk coast down to the Suffolk border, and over that border into west Suffolk around Bury St Edmunds and Newmarket. If you are just outside it, ring and ask rather than assuming.
Are you insured?
Yes, we carry public liability insurance and we are happy to show you the certificate before we start.
Is your work guaranteed?
Yes. All our work comes with a written workmanship guarantee, and you get it in writing when the job is signed off rather than promised on the phone.
How soon can you come out?
For an active leak, as fast as we can, and we will make it safe on the first visit where the weather allows. For quotes and planned work we will give you a realistic date rather than an optimistic one.

After a storm: what to photograph before anyone touches your roof
Most policies cover storm damage and exclude wear. What usually decides which one your claim gets called is the evidence, and the best evidence is taken before the repair.
